Shipping policy
For mainland France, Corsica, Monaco and Andorra, we work with La Poste Colissimo / Chronopost for home delivery and with Modial Relay for delivery to a relay point (France only). In San Marino, the Vatican and the European Union, we work with La Poste Colissimo and its European partners or Mondial Relay for home delivery.
We currently do not deliver outside the territories indicated above.
Packaging: Where possible, we ship our goods in recycled boxes; this means that boxes and packaging materials that arrive in our store are reused for online shipping, so that we can reduce packaging waste.
Shipping costs: For France, Monaco and Andorra our shipping costs are calculated according to the following grid for home delivery:
€4.90: <0,25 kg
€9.90: <1 kg
€13.90: 1.1 kg – 5 kg
€17.90: 5.1 kg – 10 kg
€24.90: 10.1 kg – 20 kg
Delivery with Mondial Relay to a pickup point is billed at a flat rate of €6.90. It is free from an order value of €200.
Delivery in Nice city centre is for free.
For other territories, we charge shipping costs by weight in the following ranges:
Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands.

14 €: 1,1 kg – 5 kg
18 €: 5,1 kg – 10 kg
23 €: 10,1 kg – 15 kg
27 €: 15,1 kg – 20 kg
Zone 2: Austria, Spain (excluding Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Italy, Portugal (excluding Azores and Madeira), Ireland, San Marino, Vatican.
13 €: 0 kg – 1kg
17 €: 1,1 kg – 5 kg
22 €: 5,1 kg – 10 kg
27 €: 10,1 kg – 15 kg
31 €: 15,1 kg – 20 kg
Zone 3: Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic.
15 €: 0 kg – 1kg
18 €: 1,1 kg – 5 kg
29 €: 5,1 kg – 10 kg
39 €: 10,1 kg – 15 kg
47 €: 15,1 kg – 20 kg
Zone 4: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Finland, Greece, Malta, Norway, Romania, Portugal (Azores and Madeira).

21 €: 1,1 kg – 4 kg
29 €: 4,1 kg – 6 kg

44 € : 7,1 kg – 10 kg
65 €: 10,1 kg – 15 kg

This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.
Availability: The availability and stock quantities of each product are indicated on the product pages. All items marked available are in stock and can be shipped immediately. Delivery time: We expect a delivery time of 2 to 7 working days for France, Monaco and Andorra and 3 to 10 working days for other territories. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that delivery times are indicative and depend on the delivery providers.
Tracking: We will inform you by email of the shipment of your order and will send you a tracking link to follow the progress of the shipment.
