Fleur de Sel

Salt has been harvested on the Lebanese coast for millennia. Kanz Gourmet Fleur de Sel is manually harvested from the last active salt marshes of Lebanon in Anfeh. This natural sea salt can be used as a healthy alternative for table salt.

Artisanally made in Anfeh, North Lebanon.
