Adyar "Expression Monastique" 2012

Adyar Wines (monasteries in Arabic) are produced by monks of the Maronite Order at the Mar Moussa Monastery. The grapes are cultivated at different monasteries across the country — hence the names of the various monasteries. 

The 2012 Expression Monastique vintage has a beautiful deep intense ruby color. Charming aromas of red fruits and incense. This complex wine also combines hints of black fruits. Its clean taste fills the mouth with a sharp attack and smooth texture. The silky and ample tannins are accompanied with nice hints of liquorice. A fleshy, concentrated and perfectly balanced wine.

Well paired with red and white meat; to be decanted before serving between 14°C et 18°C.
