Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Carré brothers own century-old olive trees in North Lebanon which are exposed to sun all year round and never treated with chemicals. Around mid-November, their fruits are harvested manually and cold-pressed into this naturally pure and intense oil full of Mediterranean flavours.

Use this fruity oil, high-quality oil abundantly in salads, hommos, with labneh or zaatar, by itself with some fresh bread as well as for cooking.
