Carob Molasses

With 6,000 years of heritage, carob serves as a natural sweetener embraced in Lebanon through the tradition of carob molasses. This daily ritual includes the option of mixing carob molasses with tahini for a sweet dip or adding it into dishes like meat pies and baked goods, or drizzling it over pancakes or waffles.
