According to legend, the Crusaders brought this rose type to Europe from Damascus in the 13th century. Known as Wared Jouri in Arabic, this rose is a symbol of beauty and love, and blooms only twice a year. 

Kanz Gourmet Rose Petal Jam, made of the finest Damask rose petals, hand-picked, and cooked uncovered to conserve their natural aroma, and 100% natural colour.

It pairs perfectly well with oriental sweets or drizzled on top of yoghurts, ice-creams and milk puddings.
