Muhammara

One of the classical mezze dips, Kanz Muhammara (reddened in Arabic) is a vegan, mildly spicy red pepper dip with breadcrumbs and walnuts. It has its roots in Aleppo, but has conquered the Levant with its exceptional taste. It is flavoured with cumin, chili flakes, garlic, olive oil and pomegranate molasses.

Use it by itself as a dip, spread it on your sandwich creations or use it in sauces with chicken or fish.
