Orange Blossom Flower Jam

Delicate orange blossom petals candied in a rich sugar syrup.

Traditionally used to decorate Arabic desserts, especially those filled with whipped cream (Ashta), they add a fragrant, floral touch and a hint of sweetness. 

Handmade in Tripoli, North Lebanon.

Free of artificial preservatives. 

Try it with cheeses, as an ice cream topping, or with fresh fruit.
