Tahini (Nomah)

Tahini is a creamy paste made from ground sesame seeds.

Tahini has a rich, nutty flavour and is very nutritious, high in healthy fats, protein, calcium, iron, and antioxidants.

It's commonly used in hommos dip along crushed chickpeas, salad dressings, and sauces, or enjoyed on its own as a spread.

Combined with honey or carob molasses, it also makes for a great dessert.
