The original Baba Ghannouj was the most popular dish of the Ottoman Empire. This unique twist by Chef Reem Azoury is the new feminist version aptly named Mama Ghannouj. Rich and smoky, this dip is one of the foundations of the famed Lebanese Mezza. Ideal as a dip, a topping on a pizza base, or as a side with grilled dishes.
