«Kanz» (كنز) means treasure in Arabic. Kanz’s mission is to achieve scalable and lasting social change in Lebanon by pioneering a new agricultural ecosystem. The organization aims to partner with the women of rural Lebanon to rediscover authentic terroir recipes and promote the Lebanese «Mouneh» as a global first-class culinary art.

All proceeds from Kanz go to support Beit el Baraka.
